Was anyone else kept awake by the circular saw drilling on the Neergaard windows last night? When I finally managed to locate my earplugs and put them in it was 11:30 and they were making a huge racket. If it happens again tonight I'm calling 311. Isn't this illegal?

I've been a long-time customer of Neergaard and I will never step foot in there again. Loud construction in the middle of the night is just not neighborly.
