natural food store in PH?

I usually go to Back to the Land for herbal teas & medicines, but it sooo cold. Is there any place in PH? TIA

There is a place on Vanderbilt - between St. Marks and Prospect I am not sure the name of it.

There's one at Flatbush at 6th ave, the name escapes me.

That place next to American Apparel is just a supermarket. They might have special teas and stuff but I don't think so. It's just a regular supermarket.

on the corner of 6th ave and flatbush there is a kale chip factor / health food store you can go to. Aside from a large selection of kale chips, they do carry healthy foodstuffs and ointments and tinctures and knick-knacks and such

I'm suspicious of these things, but they seem to be a big deal. Whenever they get restocked, the Nat Food Store on Flatbush and 6th always puts out a placard that screams "KALE CHIPS ARE BACK!!!!!" It makes me laugh and say a little "yay!"

New York Naturals is the name of the joint on Flatbush and 6th, it's family owned by a lovely couple named Amy and Joe. Their toddler daughter is friends with mine. They used to buy Kale Chips from another supplier but decided to make them on their own, and discovered a huge demand (they sell them to the Park Slope Food Co-op). They're really, really good (and good for you!)

They also have a good, small selection of bulk foods, fresh produce, frozen foods organic baby foods, and natural makeup and skin care products.

they are ridiculously easy to make yourself and very cheap
kale+a little oil+salt+pepper
lay flat on a baking sheet and bake at about 375 for roughly 10 minutes until edges are crispy
careful not to burn them (they can burn easily
i usually pre cut them into bite size pieces so they brown better and aren't so messy to eat
