Yoga For Men

Hi, guys! I teach this class, and I want spread word of it in the neighborhood. Hope to meet you in class soon.

Yoga For Men is an all-level class, suitable for absolute beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Classes are structured around a sequence of asana (yoga poses) with attention to the strengths and limitations of men's bodies. In particular, we explore posture patterns typical of men, with an eye toward their roots as well as their uprooting.

We also have frank discussions about pelvic health. All too often, the pelvis is ignored until something goes wrong "down there." Think of the pelvis as the basement of your torso: the last thing you want is a clog or a flood, the plumber is expensive, pipes may need to be replaced...

So whether you've already had some experience with yoga, or you're curious about this yoga thing but haven't figured out which class would be right for you, come in for a practice that's designed and taught with YOU in mind.
