2br Sublet Feb-May (Park Slope) — Brooklynian

2br Sublet Feb-May (Park Slope)

Spacious, sunny 2 bedroom apartment in Park Slope available for sublet (Feb – April, dates flexible). We’re planning on leaving the country for three months, and our absence could be your gain. This great space was renovated right before we moved in earlier this year. All new appliances, floors, walls and bathroom. And, we’ve fully furnished it with a large TV, all sorts of kitchen gadgets and comfy beds. Includes a private patio complete with table and chairs.

The location is great -- the F, R, M & G trains are 2 blocks away and you can be in Manhattan in 15-20mins. And all of the great restaurants, shops and bars on 5th Ave are a 5 minute walk. Laundry, supermarket, Methodist hospital, post office, the new climbing gym and great sushi are in your grasp. Prospect Park is a mere 10 minute walk away.

The apartment would be perfect for a couple, 2-4 roommates, medical interns, a family with kids, visiting grandparents, etc.
