Do you have questions regarding the condition of your home? We can provide a report showing the apparent and unforeseen issues of your property. Do you have issues with your architect and or contractor?

We find that people all over the city, especially Brooklyn, are in need of support when renovating their home and or office. However, we specialize in consulting to people who want to renovate for the best price. To be honest, we all do! The best price may result in headaches because the layperson does not understand the industry. Make note that we are not a contractor. We would be the person you talk to before:

1.) Entering into a contract to purchase a home.
2.) Handle disputes with contractors and workers.
3.) You settle on a final design with your architect or contractor.
4.) File a lawsuit or if you have a lien on your property.

Construction and or Architecture related is not rocket science. The specifics of the industry can be learned over time due to trial and error. The question is, do you have the time and money to learn along your journey?

We can charge an afforable rate depending on the project? Give us a call anytime?
