Bar at 15th and 7th

I've been gone for about a month now. Does anyone know anything about the bar at 7th ave/15th st? Looks like its nearing opening. Its across the street from Bar 4. Wonder what that impact will be...

It's a bar/pub...Thistle Tavern (?) with a pretty good chef. A sign on the door says limited menu with a shot at opening in February. I am looking forward to this place.
