Just in time for Valentine's Day, Oh Boy! Cat Toy has created two love-inspired cat toys and has generously agreed to participate in Pawesome's second giveaway. The winner of this giveaway will win a set of three little arrow-pierced heart shaped toys and one big heart decorated with goofy eyes and a cute scalloped border.
