Suggestions for Crow Hill Bistro

Dear Management of Crow Hill Bistro,

Although I enjoy the fact that there is a successful restaurant/bar with decent food and drink in our lovely neighborhood, I hope that Crow Hill Bistro does not rest on its laurels for much longer. The service needs much improvement and it's really annoying that one's clothes are saturated by the smell of grease after one evening there. I've been there more than I can count on my hands, patiently waiting for an improvement in service, but each time I want to order something, I have to get up and seek the server.

Do they know how poor their service is? Please, Crow Hill Bistro, don't get lazy! If someone sits down at a table and has to wait 25 minutes for someone to take drink orders, then there is something very wrong. Also, the server should always know what is available at the bar, even if they are not the bartender. It is ridiculous for the server to ask what drinks their patron wants and either not have a drink list or not know what kinds of beer and liquor are available.

Come on, now people! Get it together!

Warmly,
A concerned and faithful patron

  • This place has a friendly staff and a open and clean dining room. The bathroom is always spotless. Food is good, price is also fair. Buy an ice machine.Have drink mixers on hand. Until I read papers posts I didn't know where I got the deep fried smell from, I thought I may have fell asleep next to a Burger King employee on the subway...twice. The service as been noted at Abigail's is and or was the problem, learn from other peoples mistakes
  • Agree with the above.

I have often thought about stepping into Bistro for a drink or a burger, but don't have the time to invest in the waiting.
