Park Sloper Donna Mc Pherson left Lexie her 10 year old Westie tied up in front of Ace Supermarket on 7th Ave and Berkeley Place, where she picked up a container of milk, in less then the 2 minutes it took for the purchase ,some one stole Westie's green wool winter coat.

I guess a stroller mom needed a coat for her newborn.(':P')
