Anywhere I can get jewelry appraised/gold tested in PS?

I buy a lot of junk jewelry and usually assume it's not worth anything, but the other day I was bored and playing with one of my rhinestone rings and realized it was marked 14K inside. Now I'm wondering if the "rhinestones" in it might be actual jewels. I am lazy, so is there a nearby jeweler where I can check this ring out?
