At 10pm Sun night we heard lots of screaming and commotion on Ashland Place between Fulton and Dekalb. People were stopped looking down the block and cars were honking at the people but we couldn't see what was going on, just heard lots of yelling (including "call the police," "oh my God oh my God"). We called the cops but then it all stopped. Anyone see what happened?
