My partner and I are selling a wonderful Greek Revival brick row house in Jersey City that we think a lot of folks in Brooklyn would be interested in, as it is equally convenient to NYC, and much less expensive than similar property in Brooklyn.

Since we seriously think Brooklynites would be interested in this property, are we allowed to post the real estate ad here, or are we not allowed to do so since the property is not in Brooklyn? We'd like to post the website address for folks to check it out.

Not looking to violate the posting rules - but do think this is something some Brooklynites would be interested in.

You can post it on the real estate board. Click on the marketplace button at the top of the page and you'll see "Apartments and Real Estate" Please make sure that the title indicates the location is in New Jersey.
