Moving out labor needed

I don't need a truck, but I do need a couple of guys to move out some unwanted furniture etc to the curb to be picked up by the trash.

Any reccomendations?

PS -- anyone want a nice clean futon with frame? It is free. Same goes for a Window AC unit.

At the uhaul on 4th avenue there are a bunch of guys hanging out waiting to work for people who rent trucks. They are ready and waiting for work that day. I asked one for a rate and he said $20 hour.
