Porters for small building wanted

Small condo building in South Slope is looking for porters.

Responsibilities include:
Cleaning interior of building (sweep/mop floors and stairwell)
Light exterior maintenance- sweeping/hosing sidewalk ensuring trash is not in garden area
Light interior maintenance- e.g. changing lightbulbs, replacing mats
Snow shoveling side and front sidewalks
Preparing garbage & recycling for collection twice a week

This is a sub-contract type position so you will not be an employee of the building. You must be insured or be capable of being insured. Dependability a must. References required. Please submit qualifications and payment requirements. IMPORTANT: please indicate whether or not you currently maintain any type of liability insurance. Compensation: approx $500/month
