Looking for 6-8 Month Lease or Sublet! - $1200 Budget

Hello Brooklynites!

My budget max is $1200 for a 1 bedroom or studio. I'm not interested in roommates, at the moment. I'm looking for a place in Fort Green/Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy or Prospect Heights/Park. I am willing to pay a broker if they can find what I'm looking for!

Since I cannot commit to a full year lease (school & career may take me away from NYC) I am interested in a 6-8 month lease or sublet. A month to month lease will work too.

I am 25 & stably employed full time. Heavily involved in the non-profit fundraising arena. Quiet, dependable, a bit boring, non-house partying sort. I'm also smoke-free.
