Insanity (the workout, not general craziness)
For anyone that does any of the beachbody workouts (P90X, Insanity, Rev Abs) do you know if any beachbody coaches are thinking of doing classes in Prospect Park now that it's nice out? I was doing Insanity in the gym the other day and was thinking "you could do this outside because you don't need equipment!"
Would it look stupid to see a bunch of people doing globe jumps or other exercises in the park?
