good listserves etc to publicize a humane, local meat co-op

hey folks,
I'm new to the site and I'm trying to find my way through protocol etc. Does anyone know good websites, listserves or sites like this one to get the word out about humanely raised, grass-fed beef? It's a co-op style project I started a few years ago as a work of conscience and I've been in touch with a few CSAs in the area but would also love to get individuals on board.

Any advice, thoughts are welcome. Including on where on Brooklynian is the most appropriate place to post such a notice. Thanks folks.
