2 BR at Lincoln Washington w/ DW, W/D, granite S

I have lived in this apt for 2 years now, and to be honest, I expected to never leave.

The apartment is located on Lincoln Place between Washington and Underhill- one block to the Eastern Parkway 2/3 stop, 2 blocks to the Franklin Ave. 4/5 stop, and 6 blocks to the 7th Ave B/Q stop. It is across the street from the Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, two blocks to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza Farmer's Market, and the main branch of the BK Public Library. It is about 800 square feet with high ceilings, great light and cross ventilation, ceiling fans in every room, original refinished wood floors, incredible dental molding and refinished mahogany trim. [b]The eat-in kitchen is about 15 x 15, with granite countertops, professional stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a brand new full-size washer & dryer IN THE ACTUAL APARTMENT! The living room is about 17 x 12 with two huge windows. The first bedroom has a big, deep closet, a big window, an enough room for a queen size bed, a desk and dresser. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, but also has a large window and large armoire that is staying with the apt. The bathroom was renovated in 2007 with slate tile, classic wainscoting, and a Kohler rain shower head.

The apartment is owned by a wonderful couple, not a management company. He is a skilled carpenter and did all the renovations himself when they were living here. Our lease is up June 1, but our new place starts May 15, so we can probably work something out. Rent is $2200.

Shoot me an email if you'd like to see it. Weekends and evenings are best for us.
Thanks!
