Grand Army Plaza Stop

Does anyone know what happened at the Grand Army Plaza Stop today? There were about 6 cops there around 1pm this afternoon and there was a lot of blood on the platform. I can't find it on any local news websites....

Hmmm, the Sterling school-ers don't get out until 3pm though, so it probably wasn't them causing a ruckus at the station.

Speaking of which - does anyone else regularly walk down that stretch o' Plaza St. where they congregate after school on their way to the 2/3? Dang. Total mob scene. I usually cross the street for fear of bodily harm.

Sorry to derail, but -- for no apparent reason -- every time I read one of your posts I imagine it's the dog in your icon saying everything, so this time it really cracked me up. VERY cute pooch!

I had one knock my bag off my shoulder once as he was running around on the plaza. Told him to watch out and he says "fuck you, whitey." His buddies all started laughing until I started coming at them. Nothing like 13-year-old twerps with that "Oh, shit. He's gonna kick my ass" look running like mice down into the station.

The cops swing by there and move them along. All-in-all they are just having a good time, but I think some of the people on that block of Plaza St are get tired of the noise.

You should try riding the 2 from Flatbush up to the GrAple. Talk about fear of bodily harm... a torrent of 150 fifth graders moving from car to car like a mass exodus, holding the doors open, running between cars at stops, etc..

God bless 'em, though. I guess we did the same, we just terrorized people from the windows of our big yellah bus.

He he, well I'm sure he would call people Biyach if he could. he is my actual dog, if you see him walking around the hood, chances are he'll be attached to me,

ahh, so true. i never really tortured people from the bus, but once i was old enough to drive to school, the kids then tortured me and my friends from the bus. kids are such little terrors. ugh! i totally forgot about kids yelling and what not, to people, from the saftey of that bus.

ah. the suburbs. i don't miss them.
