Black Bear?

Anyone know what is going on in the storefront next to Dub pies? Ive only seen it closed with a banner that I think reads Black Bear Handmade & Vintage. Is this a new store or a pop up shop or something else? Can't find anything online about it.

I saw that it was open yesterday. I just peeked in the window and saw a lot of vintage clothing.

I checked it out today, and liked it. I think it might be more like a consignment shop - a lot of the stuff is from recent seasons, but some might be vintage. They had tons of kids and baby clothes, a few racks of women's dresses, and some shoes and accessories.
Everything is super cute...looks like the buyer has a good eye.
