Health Insurance Feedback - Atlantis/Emblem Health?

I read some of the past archived posts about Atlantis (consensus at that time was sometimes frustrating but in a pinch seem to work out) - it was started by 12 doctors to offer low cost health insurance. I've also found Emblem Health has some lower cost plans also. I'm an individual self employed.

Wondered if there are any recent experiences people have had. Thanks.
