a new kind of "boutique" market:
Storefront changes each weekend through June; proudly welcomes curated purveyors of handmade wares, artisanal food, and vintage items.

We are pleased to launch our new series in Metropolitan Green's sunny retail space in Williamsburg - the Met Green Markets. Exciting offerings by designers, crafters, foodmakers, and vintage sellers. They're moving in and out of the space for four long weekends, beginning Memorial Day weekend.

Handmade home goods, organic bath and body products, innovative jewelry and accessories and more, as well as a new vintage seller on the scene - his first time selling in New York. They will all be gorgeously integrated into Met Green's space, with 13' ceilings, tall display windows, amazing light, and a lovely rear deck and garden.

Located on bustling Metropolitan Avenue, these Markets will change weekly and will entice even the most trepidatious of shoppers with their carefully curated range of products (curated by Deb of Brooklyn Craft Central) and also by offering an assortment of locally made food and beverages. Look for a bar-b-que or two during the month...

It's an easy jaunt from the L train (just a few blocks), and street parking is available. Plenty of foot traffic and a welcoming vibe will make this Market series a force to be reckoned with.

The month of June will be capped off with a weekend of shopping, workshops and events hosted by the wonderful local roving pop-up organization Homemade: Brooklyn. This will be happening Friday - Sunday, June 25 - 27.
