I need to rent a 1 bedroom apartment starting in July or August. Long term.
I have a 60lb dog, but he is very mellow and sleeps all day.

Preferred train stops: 15th st prospect park (F train), 7th ave F train or 7th ave Q train, Franklin Ave (2,3,4,5).

I recently finished grad school and have a 55K + job, good credit, responsible.
Can provide references or guarantor. Will pay a deposit and 1st month rent.

Budget: $1300
