I think this is technically CH and not PH? Anyway, a co-worker of mine is looking at a place there, for rent, any input on the neighborhood? I don't really know CH much but I assume it's as safe as PH, no? She's a mid-20s chick, if that makes a difference...

I've rented to several "mid-20's" and early 30's in the past year in North Crown Heights. So far, no complaints.

the entire area from classon to bedford and fulton to epkwy has and continues to evolve... there truly is more of a diversity, black, white, asian, etc...

its as safe as safe can be in nyc... (oh, that was aweful, LOL)
