One room in a three bedroom apartment is available. This room is in the back of the apartment so it's facing the backyard and you get no street noise. It has two large windows perfect for box fans in the summer. The closet is HUGE with extra storage room above. The room is large as well. It can easily fit a double bed with a desk and bookshelf or even an extra futon.

The apartment is on the third floor of a four story walkup. We have a live-in super that takes care of anything we need.

The rent includes heat- which in the summer is not what we're thinking about but something to keep in mind for the winter. Electricity, gas, and internet is split three ways- usually doesn't add up to more than $40 total per person.

I've been living at this place for over a year and a half and I love it. Always a ton of little kids playing outside which gives the added perk of the ice cream truck passing by each day in the summer. The 2/5 Sterling St stop is just a block and a half away and the BQS Prospect Park stop is down the street. It's a ten minute walk to Prospect Park!

My roommate and I are female in our 20s. We both have 9-5 jobs. We're pretty chill, clean, and friendly.
