Anyone else having a TWC/RoadRunner Outage?

I am mad as hell -- have had WACK Internet coverage since early Sunday (yesterday). Called TWC in yest. afternoon and they said there wasn't an issue--but of course, the second we get off the phone with them, lose our connex again. Today same problem--extremely sporadic at BEST. Husband and I both got on the phone, I gave up after 30 mins of hold, he left an angry message when it bounced him to voicemail. Looking online (when I can) see that there aren't any postings for outages in our area (11205).

Anyone else? Been in the nabe for years and have never had Internet coverage this poor. (Both our computers are also registering full bars, if that matters)... :twisted:
