Pollio...closed?

I noticed Pollio, one of the last Italian deli's in the Slope, had it windows covered with paper this weekend. There wasn't any sign on the door saying they were renovating so does anyone know what the deal is? It would be a shame if this place went under. It's such an institution and Buddy, the old guy behind the counter, is so great.

If Pollio is closed it is my fault!
After they changed locations, which was only a few blocks up the Avenue I stopped going in there. During the 80's and 90's our family was in there all the time. My daughter says she never would have made it through medical school without her 6AM stop at Polio for coffee and a bagel and the support she got in starting her day from this wonderful family business.
