1st Annual Prospect Heights CSA Recipe Contest!

What?
Enter your vegetable or fruit-based recipe to WIN FRESH, ORGANIC VEGETABLES DELIVERED STRAIGHT TO PROSPECT HEIGHTS FOR 23 WEEKS!
1st PRIZE: Each week from June 23 to November 22, Farmer Ted of Windflower Farms will bring you and your family one CSA share of 7-10 different vegetables, enough to feed two adults and two children! The winner will also receive a 50% discount on one full CSA share for the 2007 season. That’s a $560 value!
2nd PRIZE: The second prize winner will receive a 50% discount on one full CSA share (see above for details) for both the 2006 and 2007 seasons. That’s a $380 value!
When?
Contest winners will be determined at the Prospect Heights CSA Garden Party on:
Saturday, June 10, 2006, from 12:00-3PM.

Prospect Heights Community Farm
252-256 St. Mark’s Place between Underhill and Vanderbilt
Come check out this beautiful garden! Invite your friends and neighbors to come along!
How?
Simply download the entry form from http://www.prospectheightscsa.org and send it to [email protected], or via US Postal Service to the address on the form. Entries must be received by 05/31/2006. You can also call (718)576-2508 to have an entry form mailed to you.
Anything else?
Yes! Extra consideration is given to those that include pictures and stories, and use food that is nutritious, regional, seasonal, or grown in their very own garden.
