Master chef Nishikawa is teaching how to prepare & make your very own sushi rolls.
Sushi Class #1 Beginner Level (6/26/Sat/1:00pm-3:30pm)
Making Sushi at home should be fun. If you have no experience with making sushi, this is the perfect place to start. In this section we will cover the basic preparations, and begin-rolling the in side out roll.
1) Learn to cook rice & prepare sushi rice
2) Make spicy mayonnaise.
3) Prepare ingredients (vegetables & spicy tuna)
4) Make on sushi rolls
*California roll
*Park Slope roll (Vegetarian roll)
*Spicy Tuna roll
5) Eat your own sushi rolls enjoy with fine cold sake.
In addition, each participant will bring home with
*A bamboo rolling mat
*A bottle of Kappa’s original seasoned rice vinegar
*A package of Nori seaweed
*A small package of of sushi rice
*3 of your own sushi rolls
Sushi Class #2 Make special Rolls (7/10/Sat/1:00pm-3:30pm)
Lean how to cut sashimi fish & professional technic to make special rolls.
1)Prepare fish & vegetables.
Cut fresh tuna, salmon & white fish sashimi.
2)Make Rainbow roll
3)Grilled eel & cut avocado
4)Make Dragon roll
5) Eat your own special sushi rolls enjoy with fine cold sake.
In addition, each participant will bring home with
*1/2 each of Dragon & Rainbow roll
