Room for Sublet (furnished) July - November $600/month

My husband and I are seeking a temporary roommate to sublet a furnished room in our nice and clean apartment, for the months of July - November. The apartment is in Ridgewood, NY (bordering Bushwick). It’s a safe neighborhood and is located between the L line (Halsey station) and the M line (Forest station). The room is $600 / month plus utilities and we would ask for both first and last months rent up front. The room has a queen size bed, closet space and a dresser with drawers.

We are both artists, musicians, vegetarians, yogis and non-smokers (tobacco). We are seeking someone who is trust worthy, easy going and stable both mentally and economically:) and must be a non-tobacco-smoker!
