bike culture and song question (free drink reward)

this has nothing to do with our neighborhood but everything to do with this forum. because y'all are bright, knowledgeable folks and I need some help.

first, there was question as to "bike culture" a while back--if you still think that exclusively means guys on road bikes and tights, check this film out (it requires quicktime):

second, if anyone can tell me successfully what song is playing on the soundtrack, i'll be him/her a drink. please put it here, not in a PM. I want to know who's first so I can reward appropriately.

PS: the full 36 minute film is playing at the bike film festival later next week.
