new restaurant on Dekalb between Clermont and Adelphi?

Does anyone know if the restaurant to the right of Mario's Pizza is officially open or if it's only open for friends/family? There's no sign on it but people have been dining for the last two nights.

Dino is really, really good. The food seems more rustic Italian I guess than anything else. It's fairly reasonable, especially for this neighborhood. The food is made with care, if that makes sense. The owners are welcoming, and the interior and back garden are super nice.

This may sound like a shill, but I'm just a guy who lives on Clermont and likes to eat. I was nervous about this place, thinking price and attitude would be its downfall, but so far so good. I wish them luck.
