Seriously, there has got to be an end to the crazy loud Spanish music obnoxiously emanating from what think may be the garden on Bedford near Spencer st. It is now almost 3am and i have been awake for at least 3 hours...

Isn't there some type of noise restrictions past a certain time? This is a residential block. Ugh!
