Emotionally Disturbed Person - BrooklynHeights

Some time back I had posted about this on BHB. There is a VERY menacing person who lives on Hicks Street in the Heights. For a while I hadn't seen him, but in the last couple of days I've seen him a lot and it's really scaring me. He followed me once and I've heard stories about him following other mothers with children and menacing people on the subway platform. He is not homeless, he lives in a building his brother owns between Love Lane and Clark Street. He is well known to the police; both they and the Dept. of Health pick him up periodically but he's always released.

Just wondering if others know of this guy, and their experiences with him.

hes probably ok unless he stops taking his medicines. When he is picked up by the police hes prolly hospitalized and given meds until he is "normal" then released back onto the streets and he stops the meds. Unfortunately unless he is charged with something bad he will have the right to refuse his meds. Id try to stay as far away as possible...
