My collection of wood for projects has once again grown excessive, and it is time to get rid of items that are taking up too much space.

today's give away:

Two solid wood door blanks. Each blank is 24" w x 80" h x 1.25" thick. Worth maybe $40 each new at Lowe's.

These are frequently used to make table tops, or create a desk by putting on top of two of those short metal cabinets.

They are free.

They are suitable for indoor use only.

They are very lightly used (small holes from their prior life).

You don't have to take both, but are welcome to.

They have a smooth birch finish that can be painted or stained. (I'll do this if I've already met you). You could also just use them as they are.

If you like, I'll cut them to size, but it will run you $5 per cut.

You have to pick them up and walk them home. Each weighs about 25 lbs, you will need a friend to help you with this task.
