Five Exciting Workshops for Classroom Teachers & Music Specialists


Associate Director of Music Partners at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music Sheri Gottlieb will facilitate a series of five workshops designed for music teachers and classroom teachers working with groups of children Pre-K through 3rd Grade. Each session will cover Process, Sequence, Sharing of songs and materials, and Strategies for classroom management. The workshops are offered as an outlet to the educators in this field who are looking for additional resources and peer support.

Cost (materials fee): $85 for series of four, $20 for single workshop
Registration is recommended, as space is limited.

About Sheri Gottlieb

Sheri Gottlieb is Associate Director of Music Partners Program at the Conservatory and Music Specialist at PS 29 and LREI (Little Red School House and Elizabeth Irwin High School). Her teaching career has given her opportunities to work with diverse populations in Public and Private schools, Head Start Programs and Community Music Schools. Sheri has extensive experience as a clinician that includes working with the Department of Education developing music education programs. She is a past President of the NYC Chapter American Orff Schulwerk Association. Sheri is co-author of “Melodic Weavings – A Soprano Recorder Approach for Teachers.”
