Primary Elections - no city council on my ballot?
Went to vote today. 46th electoral district, city council district 39. I know there are a bunch of people running for the seat (Bill DeBlasio's old seat), yet my ballot didn't have the race! What gives?
FWIW, I am a registered Democrat, but I assumed there were multiple people running for the nomination?
