The Clark Street entrance to the promenade is now very dangerous. The Sink Hole was bad enough, but a 12" limb above the entrance that is 3/4 broken through is a much worse. BE CARE FULL!! I called 311 but the woman I spoke to could barely speak English. The barricades have been repositioned to prevent harm to the public.
