Hi, my name is David and I am the owner of Top Dog Service, LLC. As a Certified Master Dog Trainer and Certified Canine Behaviorist, I offer obedience training and behavior counseling to Brooklynites. I was born and raised in Carroll Gardens (Smith street) and after a career in the NYPD, I decided to pursue my love of dogs.
