PMC (Precious Metal Clay) is made of tiny molecules of fine silver mixed with water and an organic binder thus forming a clay consistency. PMC can be worked like clay, air dried and fired. During the firing process the organic binder is burnt away leaving just fine silver. This two day workshop over two weekends is an introduction to PMC and focuses on the various methods used to create earrings, a pendant. Techniques used will include creating a hollow form, texturing mold pressing and attaching findings. The Instructor will work closely with the students to refine skills needed to create fine silver jewelry. This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Workshop fee $200
