i have 2 windows in my apartment (the "modern" kind that fold into the apt for cleaning) that have broken locks on the side (so they tip in if you aren't careful) and also a busted gate on one of them. anyone have any rec's for someone to replace them without spending millions on historical replacement windows or anything like that? places to avoid?
