$800 2br in Prospect Heights, Nov 12 or Dec 1 move in!

Hello,

I am looking for a someone as early as Nov 12th is possible, but a Dec 1st move in is also possible. My current roommate is moving out so I need someone by Dec 1st at the latest.

The building is located in Prospect Heights on St. Marks Ave. b/t Franklin and Classon. The apt is a 2 bedroom with kitchen, bathroom, shared terrace access and central heat/AC. Please see the photos attached and send an email if interested. Rent is $800 for the smaller room (yours) while I will have the larger room. The room is about 10x10 with with a window, closet and central heat/AC unit. Utilities are split evenly as Internet is $50/mo, ConEd is $50/mo, Gas is about $20/mo so your share is $50-$60. Sorry, no pets allowed :?

Apartment is centrally located in Prospect Heights with convenient access to the A/C/2/3/4/5 trains (about a 5-10 min walk) or using the S shuttle. There are plenty of shops/bodegas on the Franklin Ave strip. Laundry is right across the street and is open until 10pm. Also conveniently located next to Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park (a 10-20 min walk).

As for me, I am a 29yo young professional working in Brooklyn. I am respectful of my roommate’s space and am looking for someone who is both dependable and respectful as well.

The new roommate will join me on the current month to month lease and will have to provide the following to management before move in:

-Proof of income (last paystub, etc)
-Proof of savings/rent funds
-SS # for credit check
-$850 security deposit
-First month rent (or for an early move in: half of November rent plus first month)
