Free Air Conditioners
We're in the process of reorganizing, and we have two air conditioners yours for the taking.
One is a 15 year old 17,000 BTU, 220-volt Emerson. It may need a new capacitor (about $150), but it is amazingly powerful -- it will cool an entire brownstone floor with a little assistance from a fan. Please note that it needs a 220 outlet.
The other is a 20 year old 6,000 BTU Carrier.
I believe neither are EnergyStar rated, but they work well.
