Anyone else know if they're the location of this insanely loud music that's been going all night?

In my part of the hood the insanely loud music was coming from the tall apartment building on 10th street between 4th and 5th ave. I called the precinct and 311. the noise went on till 3 AM.

aah veets you should know most of the trouble in that area comes from Welfare Towers!! in the summer time while walking my dog in the area there we watched one of the neighborhood talent finish off her john by the subway , walk up the block and walk in the lobby of that fine establishment...
This is also the building where according to a website aboout where sex offenders live there were two...
Also the animals that live in that sewer constantly throw stuff down onto cars and into neighbors yards. and there was at least one incident where one of the residents was harassing a homeowner on that street
Thats why it saddens me that despite numerous fires in their elevator and garbage chute, that the place never becomes inhabitable so that we can knock that cesspool down and get rid of a glorified housing project
