New dance lounge on 3rd 7th finally open!

Hey, my name is Deborah and I am actually working now as an event planner
and manager for the UltraViolet Lounge on 3rd Ave. & 7th street.

I live in Greenpoint but I'm working in Gowanus every day now, so I'm slowly beginning to love this neighborhood.

I'm not going to post a big ad about the club but I do want to find ways to connect with the locals here and let everyone know that finally after about 4 months of being open only on Saturdays, the lounge is open 7 days a week and we're really excited about bringing in local talent, artists and DJ's from the Gowanus/Park Slope area.

We're starting a few nights that we hope to grow by inviting people to come participate, including a live jazz music session for local musicians to come listen to a band or two and then possibly sit in for an evening jam, as well as a Thursday night Ladies Open Forum, to promote female artists, DJ's, acoustic acts and other talent.

If anyone knows of great local musicians and artists that might be interested in joining us for performances please send me a direct message here.

We're having a Halloween party with No Cover and prizes for Best Group Costume, Sexiest Costume and Scariest Costume too!
