Iwona Yoga Studio is opening its doors to members of the community as we intend to offer practical solutions to nurture the mind and body, via a quick self defense course, a gentle yoga session, and a discussion led by a confidence coach. Within three and a half hours an attendee will have access to several techniques that will positively influence their day to day life.
