Knit PH meets at Prospect Perk Café every 2nd Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Prospect Perk is a cozy café that seats 12 people. Perk has iced teas and iced coffee, hot-pressed and cold sandwiches, fine teas, hot cocoa, coffee... and of course, knitting.

Too dark to knit? We brining the lamps you bring the yarn. Knit PH will meet through the winter into spring at Sharlene's Bar here in Prospect Heights. We'll meet on Tuesday evenings every fourth Tuesday each month. Friendly staff, good beer selection and fine refreshments... and knitting — how can this go wrong?

Co-op board meeting called. It's karma, YM. As soon as the cosmos knows that I can go, it wangles it so I can't.

On the other hand, I don't think this thing will last very long, so how late do people usually stay?

Damn that co-op board! We'll start at 7:00, probably go as late as 10:00. I have a sinus infection so I can't really hang late. We'll be doing this al winter long so I'm sure if not this Tuesday, I'll see you at another.

BTW, In January we'll have a little hoarding prevention with a left-over yarn exchange.
