Getting Down With the Farmy Folks this Saturday!

Since 2009, Yonnette Fleming has been cooking up something good for the community at the Hattie Carthan Community Market every Saturday. Using homegrown herbs and vegetables from the garden, the recipes are a hundred percent authentic and inspiring. This Saturday Ms. Fleming is hosting host a soiree of sorts, for the “Farmy Folks” in all of us. Food Justice advocates, volunteers, neighbors and the Harvest of the garden will be celebrated. This family function is going down on Saturday November 13^th, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, right around the corner from the garden on Clifton Place and Marcy Avenue.
