PS9 PTA needs a non-profit Accountant and Lawyer

Hello everyone,

As you may or may not know, the PTO (formerly known as the PTA) at PS9 in Prospect Heights became a 501c3 non-profit organization in August. With this new status also brings changes and increased responsibilities, especially when it comes to complying with specific guidelines and procedures. The PTO needs to find an accountant and a lawyer who has experience with 501c3 companies, preferably in the education realm. If you are or know of anyone who might be able to help, please contact me as soon as possible.

We have limited funds so if there were anyone who could do this pro bono or for a small fee, we would really appreciate it.
