Subject: what's typical rent for a 1BR in Clinton Hill

I'm thinking about looking for an apartment in Clinton Hill. Does anyone have a sense of what a good 1BR would rent for? Something that's of decent size, good location, well maintained building. I've looked on Craigslist, but there are rarely enough specifics to know what I'm looking at. Any info would be a big help.

Hey,

Very roughly speaking I would say from $1300/1400 & up. My girlfriend and I looked for a decent (not huge) 1 BR a year ago and most places we found that we liked were around $1500 or 1600.

A lot obviously depends on what you're looking for and how close to the A/C trains the apt is.

We ended up finding something a little more affordable in Clinton Hill and we've been very happy. We have about a 5 minute walk to the G train.
